Reflecting on Japan
Japan is hands down my favorite country so far and beyond what I expected from the moment we got off the plane.
From the organized chaos of Tokyo where every ward and district has its own charm and some of these make you feel like you’re in 2035 to Nachikatsura where the sole focus of this small port town is the fresh tuna that provides a foundation for all the local business.
Even with a limited budget like we had, the options for food were still endless and you don't need much money to appreciate temples shrines or land marks which the country has in abundance.
We only spent a month in Japan but there is no wrong place to visit weather its Tokyo Snow Monkey Town, Kyoto or out last stop in Osaka these cities have all been eye opening experiences that show a small glimpse of what life can be here.
One thing is for certain and that I will work towards finding my way back here and exploring more cities wards and indulging in local traditions and food as much as possible!
Love,
Ryan
